REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, first off, I’m sorry and let’s make it right! Please contact me within 3 days of your purchase. I can offer you an exchange or store credit but no refunds, sorry! Please remember that all the items are hand built by me, so variations from online images are to be expected. Clay has a mind of its own, but thats what makes it so special. Long story short,If you buy a set from me there will most likely be subtle differences between the two.
If you would like to make a return, you are responsible for the shipping charges and packing it safely so it arrives back to me in a sellable condition.
If the piece arrives to you broken or damaged please email me with a photo of the piece and we will figure it out !
TIMING
I try to only put ready to ship items on the site, but occasionally you will see a “pre-order” or “made to order” option in the title. Please be patient with these. I operate currently out of a community studio with a lot of other artists, so I would expect a 3-4 week creation time for these items. Ready to ship items will ship within 5 days.
CARE AND USE:
Unless specified it is safe to assume all the pieces are food safe. Please be kind to your piece and always hand wash- it’s way gentler this way. I would stay away from ovens and microwaves due to the fact that extreme temperature changes can sometimes ruin a piece.
